If you have time, this is how I rhyme.

I can easily hide many things,
Like my finances, or my keys on a ring.
But I can't hide my condition,
Or my need for a prescription.

Like the games kids play,
They've made me who I am today.
They don't put me on any higher beam,
But nor do they mean I can't make it on my own steam.

And I don't want to do that through sympathy but merit.
If that takes a long time I'll try hard to bear it.
Success means more if you feel you've earned it.
And when a new leaf's involved, over I can turn it.

Above and below my neck are many flaws,
But through hard work and focus I know I can score.
And if anyone says I shouldn't be proud of my quirks,
I will show them how they can actually be perks.
